Wedding day time line and Helpful hints!

2008photo009.jpg

We enjoy working with our brides and grooms to help them have the day of their dreams and still keep them on budget.  We strive to give you all the important parts of a "platinum wedding" on a slightly smaller scale.
Your vision of your day is especially important to us as we try to match your vision with a venue and vendors that will help you achieve your wedding day goals.
Please keep in mind that our vendors are part of the team that work together to make your day.  All packages are scaled on a time frame to help you stay on your budget.
The Minister:
Our minister meets with the groom and groomsmen at the wedding site
thirty minutes prior to the ceremony.  He and the groom take care of the wedding license paperwork and the gratuity ($175.00)is paid to the minister at that time.  Then the minister and the groom and groomsmen head to the wedding site.  Groomsmen are asked to assist in getting the wedding guests down to the site and assist any elderly guests.  The bride should arrive ten minutes before the ceremony and stay out of site.  The minister will meet with the bride and then join the groom and groomsmen on the beach.  Your wedding coordinator will then join the mother of the bride, the father of the bride or the brides escort and all members of the bridal party to go over any last minute details and assemble them for the processional onto the beach.  The ceremony is sent to you ahead of time so that you can be familiar with the content and make any necessary adjustments.  The ceremony is non-denomination and heartfelt to make your day all about the bride and groom.  Certain areas can be customized but the flow of the ceremony should be there so the ceremony flows smoothly. The ceremony is approximately 15 minutes in length.
Many brides use the following format for a program that lets the guest know exactly what is happening.  This format follows the ceremony that our ministers use.

The photographers!
The wedding photographers that we work with are wonderful.  Your package includes 1.5 hrs of wedding photography ($360.00) plus a limited number of prints.  We strongly recommend that the brides and grooms consider purchasing the additional Wedding CD with all photographs in high resolution be purchased so you can do as you wish with all images.  Additionally photographs are posted on line so anyone can buy any photo that is especially important to them.  The 1.5 hr of time is used prior to the weddings, groom and groomsmen on beach photos, bride and bridal party arriving photos, the processional photos, the wedding ceremony photos, the 15 minute photo session after the wedding and then at the receptions as the bride and groom are announced in, Have their ceremonious toast, the traditional cake cutting and appropriate photos, and then the first dance as husband and wife.  This way all the work is out of the way, the bride and groom can begin to relax and enjoy thier guests and the photographers can work on general reception photographs.

Make your day flow smoothly!
